Mrs. Pate, I am sorry to hear of Mr. Pate’s death. The Phillips and the Pates used to have such fun playing cards. I always enjoyed seeing you all having such good times together. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Shirley

Pate Family, Rick and I are sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Pate was a wonderful man. We rented from him on Terrace Ct. when we first started out as a couple (1987-1993). We often thought about him and talked about what a good man he is. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. RIP Mr. Pate.
