Dustin & Family…Please accept my sincere condolences for the sudden loss of your loved one. I didn’t realize that I knew Dustin’s father until seeing his picture. He worked at the NHC facility my mother stayed at for about a year until her death last December. It really is such a small world sometimes. You have my deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers.

Dear Dustin and Kaleb, Although I have never met either of you, I have heard lots of loving stories about you from your parents. I had the great pleasure of working with your father in the 90’s on Rehab. I truly enjoyed working with him. He was a man of the highest integrity. His good attitude and work ethics made even the hardest of jobs more pleasant. Whenever he would speak about his boys, the love he had for you guys would shine on his face. I had the pleasure of working with your mother when she transferred down to 2nd level. I think of her often. She was a pleasure to work with and always willing to teach other nurses the ropes. My thoughts and prayers are with you both. GOD bless you during your time of loss. Sincerely, Sarah Zimmern
