Agnes Lucille Jones

'She fought the good fight.'? Agnes Lucille Garland Jones, 94, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Agnes was a native of Cocke County who had lived in Johnson City for many years. She was the daughter of the late David and Chipty Keller. She is survived by: daughter, Wanda Tipton; sons, David Garland and Kenneth Garland, and his wife Ruth; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:30 AM Friday, July 18, 2014 at Roselawn Memory Gardens. Pastor Terry Abel will officiate. Minister, family, and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery. The Jones family wishes to extend a very special thank you to Sara Vines, the Tucker family, and the Hoyle family for their loving care and support.
