Ann Marlene Nelson

Ann Marlene Nelson, 80, Unicoi, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.

Ann was born in Johnson City to the late John R. Lowery and Blanche Mae Trew.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by: her husband, Paul Nelson; step-son, Sammy Nelson; step-daughter, Teresa Rhodes; and brother, Frank Lowery.

Survivors include: her son, Randall Boone Carver (Rhoda Carver); daughter, Darlene Naomi Carroll (Stan Carroll); step-daughter, Phyllis Nelson; step-son, Steven Cochran; granddaughter, Rebecca Vaughn; grandson, Bradley Carroll; great-granddaughters, Terra Rhea and Mekenzie Vaughn; and great grandson, Brayden Vaughn.

Ann loved being a mother and grandmother and enjoyed listening to Christian music.
