Anna Lee Nave Oliver

Anna Lee Nave Oliver, 92, Johnson City, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017. Anna was a native and life long resident of Washington County, TN. She was the daughter of the late Ross Mitchell and Bessie Alice Shipley Nave. Anna was employed by Giant Food Markets, Wrights grocery store and retired from the Canteen food service at the VA Medical Center. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by: her husband, Charles W. Oliver; four brothers, Ralph, Harold, Ferrell and David R. ?Johnny' Nave; and one sister, Cleta Owens. Survivors include: one son, Charles M. Oliver and his wife Janie, of Johnson City; two daughters, Norma Smith and her husband Ronald, of Jonesborough, and Linda Ann Oliver, of the home; four grandchildren, Todd Oliver and his wife Karen, of Johnson City, Mary Ann Knoepfler, of New York, Christy Keys and her husband Jeramie, of Roswell, GA and Michele Williams and her husband Josh, of Jonesborough; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister-in-law, Linda Nave, of Gray; and several nieces and nephews. The family of Anna Oliver will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Morris-Baker. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. James Cambron and Pastor David Wheeler officiating. Pallbearers will be: Harry Ford, Todd Oliver, Josh Williams, Jeramie Keys, Harold Stevens and Roger Bowman. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:45 AM Friday to go in procession to Monte Vista Memorial Park for 11:00 AM graveside services. Family will also receive friends at other times at Anna?s residence.
