Anthony Dwayne Lewis

Anthony 'Tony' Dwayne Lewis, 45, of 302 Winter Street, Johnson City, was called from his earthly home, December 28, 2006 at his residence. He was a native of Chattahoochee, Florida and had lived in Johnson City. Tony was a son of James W. and Betty Burke Lewis. He was of the Baptist faith and had worked as a printer for the Banta Printing Company. Survivors include: his parents, James W. and Betty Burke Lewis of Johnson City; a son, Anthony David Lewis of Westmont, IL; two daughters, Valerie Lewis of Roundlake Beach, IL and Stacy Lower of Waukegan, IL; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Heather Lewis of Des Plaines, IL; a sister and brother-in-law, Cheryll and Willie McGuire of Johnson City; a grandson, Connor Lower; several nieces and nephews, a great niece and two great nephews; a special partner and best friend, Betty Whitson and her extended family. A funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, December 31, 2006 at the Morris - Baker Funeral Home in the North Chapel at 8:00 p.m. under the direction of Rev. Kenneth Kyker. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at eight. Tony will be cremated.
