Barbara Joyce Woolsey

Joyce 'Nana' Woolsey, 63, of Waco, Kentucky, formerly of Harrodsburg, KY died Wednesday, December 13, 2006, at the home of her daughter Lisa, 204 Tucker Lane, Johnson City, TN 37601. She was a native of Harrodsburg, daughter of the late, Roy and Flossie Spaulding Campbell. Joyce was homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, she loved people was talented with a crochet needle and had a love of animals. She was a member of the Cornishville Baptist Church in Harrodsburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Edward L. Woolsey, two brothers, Phillip and Roy Mills Campbell and a sister, Sandra Guinn. Survivors include: two daughters, Lisa Hallmark and her fiance?, Jeff Fleenor of Johnson City and Theresa and her husband Kevin Ward of Lake City, Florida; two sons, Phillip Howard and his wife Teresa Releford of Harrodsburg, KY and Eddie Woolsey and his fiance? Ashley Brown of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Carla Campbell of Clinton, Massachusetts; five grandchildren Ronnie, Bobby and Morgan, Jennifer Lyyn, Fred Howard and four great grandchildren Jay Tavius, Christopher, Serria and Jacob and one step grandson, Brian; several nieces and nephews; also her faithful companion DeeDee. A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Morris - Baker Funeral Home North Chapel at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Rev. Harry Fleenor. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at two. A committal service will follow in the Highlands Christian Church Cemetery.
