Barbara Waycaster

Barbara Edens Waycaster, 69, of Gray, died Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late James David and Elsie Christine Jones Edens. Barbara was in sales for Electronics Systems of Johnson City. She was of the Baptist faith and a former Worthy Matron of Johnson City Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents her husband, Charles Waycaster, preceded her in death. Survivors include: her daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Carl Wilson of Johnson City; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Nancy Edens of Richmond, MO; two grandchildren, Nicholas Waycaster and Brandon Mashburn; her best friend, Linda Walters of Johnson City. Mrs. Waycaster donated her body to James H. Quillen Medical School; there will be no services by her request.
