Billy Joe Hall

Billy Joe Hall, 51, 170 Roy Phillips Road, died Thursday, June 2, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Hall was a native of Washington County and had lived most of his life in this area. He was a son of the late Elmer and Pauline Greene Hall. He was a former tile mechanic at Dockery?s Floor Covering. Mr. Hall was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was a member of the Johnson City Moose Club. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Linda Honeycutt Hall; five sons, William Lee 'B.J.' Hall, Johnson City, Eric James Hall, Elizabethton, Damian Christopher Hall, Johnson City, Billy Travis Hall, Johnson City and Anthony Russell Moody, Johnson City; four daughters, Tara Renee Hall, Johnson City, Heather Nicole Hall, Johnson City, Amy Michele Hancock, Rosemont, CA and Wendy Simms, Jonesborough; five brothers, Rodney S. Hall, Randy K. Hall both of Johnson City, Michael D. Hall, Gray, Ricky Hall and Elmer Hall, Jr. both of Jonesborough; eight sisters, Connie Ayers, Refonda Rowe, Kathy Hall, Debbie Smiley, Vicki Howern and Carolyn Davidson all of Johnson City, Linda Church, Kingsport and Sandra Whaley, Elizabethton; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service for Billy Joe Hall will be held at 3 PM Wednesday at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Reverend Jim Chatman will officiate. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
