Cecil Audra Tex Myatt

JOHNSON CITY- Cecil Audra 'Tex'? Myatt Jr., of Xanadu Court, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport. A native of McLean, TX, he was the son of the late Cecil Audra Sr. and B Hefner Myatt. Tex was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from the Civil Service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. He is survived by his loving wife, June Myatt of the home; son Audra Myatt of Atlanta, GA; daughter Diana Sheehan of Palo Alto, CA; one granddaughter Lucie Myatt of Atlanta, GA; three grandsons Daniel, Matthew, and Patrick Sheehan, all of Palo Alto, CA; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive family and friends, Wednesday, October 12, 6-7pm, at Morris Baker Funeral Home. Services will follow at 7pm, at Morris Baker Funeral Home, North Chapel.
