Clarence Denny

Clarence Denny, 95, Johnson City, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018, at Broadmore Senior Living. Clarence was born in Gray to the late Robert and Kathryn Denny. Clarence worked for the Tennessee Eastman Company for 40 years, was a WWII veteran and lifelong member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include: his wife of 72 years, Sarah ?Sammy' Denny; two children, Janet Vandiver and Samuel Denny; two grandsons; and one great-granddaughter. A committal service will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 at 10:30 AM at First Church of the Brethren Cemetery with Rev. Ken Lytton officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet there by 10:20 AM.
