Clayton Mark Miller

Clayton Mark Miller, 45, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023, at his residence.

Clayton was born to Guy and Marci Mitchell Miller, and was raised in Valparaiso, Indiana.

He graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. He was employed by Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, Tennessee as an HSES manager.

He served as a Firefighter for the Brent Volunteer Fire Department in Midway, Florida, from 1998 to 2004, as Fire Captain, Training Officer, EMT, Supervisor, and Instructor.

Clayton was dedicated to service through his home church Heritage Baptist Church in Johnson City.

He leaves behind four children, Dawson, Conner, Cody, and Levi; and three siblings, Craig, Lori, and Glenn.

The funeral service for Clayton will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2023 in the Oak Hall at Morris-Baker Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank the Johnson City Fire Department for their participation in the Fireman Funeral Honors during his service.
