Dan Ray Dr. Quisenberry

Dr. Dan Ray Quisenberry, 77, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015. He was born in Hammond, Indiana to the late Wilbur Quisenberry and Catherine Dryjanski Quisenberry. He is preceded in death by his parents and younger sister Shirley Quisenberry. He was a retired professor of Physics and Earth Sciences at Mercer University in Macon, GA. Dan was an elder at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Johnson City. He was a proud member of the Tri-Cities Senior Golf League. He is survived by: his wife Barbara, son David and wife Linda of Johnson City, and grandchildren Cara Beth Brackins and Ethan Quisenberry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church in Johnson City. The Quisenberry family will receive friends at Morris-Baker Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 5:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM with Paul Helphinstine officiating.
