Daniel Lynn Honaker

Daniel Lynn Honaker, 64, Johnson City, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at his residence.
Daniel was born in Bristol, VA to the late James Willis and Dorothy Hamilton Honaker.
Daniel was a paramedic for over 20 years.
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by one brother, David Honaker.
Survivors include: one son, Daniel Honaker, Jr. and his wife Taylor; two daughters, Holly Puryear and Melissa Viney and her husband Melvin; grandchildren, Ian Honaker, Ian Schultz, Blake and Bayleigh Puryear, and Laurel and Lily Viney; and one sister, Jean Eledge and her husband Bill.
The family of Daniel Honaker will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Pinecrest Baptist Church, 2129 Old Lewis Rd., Johnson City. A celebration of life will follow at 6:30 PM with Pastor Garry Edwards officiating.
