David Edwin Lindamood

David Edwin Lindamood, 46, 116 Belle Avenue, Piney Flats, went to his eternal home on Saturday, November 26, 2005. He was born on June 8, 1959 and lived in Piney Flats all of his life. Mr. Lindamood was a member of Piney Flats First Baptist Church and a lifetime member and former chief of the Piney Flats Volunteer Fire Department in 1988. He is mourned by a loving family and many friends. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Nancy and Roy Feathers; father and step-mother, Edwin and Janie Lindamood, Piney Flats; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Larry Mullins; nephews, Justin and Travis Mullins; niece Heather Mullins; three special step-brothers, Dr. Tracy Martin Reece, Chris Reece and Anthony Reece and special step-sister, Paula Reece, special aunts and uncles, Euell and Doris Goodman and Earl and Mary Kaylor and very special friend, Jingles, who always stood by his side. A funeral service for Mr. Lindamood will be conducted at 8 PM Tuesday, November 29, 2005 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. Dr. Allen Davis and Reverend Reed Mullins will officiate. Graveside services will be held at 11 Am Wednesday at Morning View Cemetery, Bluff City. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home by 10:30 AM and travel in procession to the cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Justin Mullins, Travis Mullins, Steve Kaylor, Mike Cole, Teddy Daughtery, Jimmy Dee Hicks, Mark Torbett and Mark Cutshall. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Reece, Anthony Reece, Dr. Tracy Martin Reece, Sean Goodman, Ken Goodman, Kevin Haynes, Edwin Haynes, Dennis Mullins, David Adams, Mike Oliver, Craig Segrest, John Dunbar, Chuck Range, Terry Jones, Chris Beech, Ronald Cross, Dwight Sluder, Harrison James, Ron Sewell, Jim Lipps, Grady Carver, members and former members of the Piney Flats Volunteer Fire Department and all of his close and special friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church, Piney Flats, TN or the Piney Flats Volunteer Fire Department, Piney Flats, TN.
