Dolly Mae Clark

Dolly Mae Clark, 61, Johnson City, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A daughter of the late John and Bertha Richardson, she was a Carter County native who had lived most her life in the Washington County area. Dolly was of the Baptist faith. She was formerly employed at Dairy Queen. In addition to her parents, her husband, Richard Clark, preceded her in death in 2006. Survivors include an uncle, James Richardson, and a cousin, Judy Johnson, both of Orange City, Florida; cousins Ray Johnson and his wife Karen, and Lisa Eib and her husband Stanley, all of Limestone; a special friend Lou Emerson, Johnson City and loving caretakers, Patricia Price and Raymond Depew, also of Johnson City. A graveside service for Dolly Mae Clark will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Garland Cemetery in the Stony Creek area of Elizabethton. Pastor Reece Harris will officiate. Pallbearers will be selected from among family and friends. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 to 1:00 on Friday, at which time a procession will begin to the cemetery.
