Douglas Lee James

Douglas Lee James, 48, of Johnson City passed away at his residence on Friday, October 16, 2009. He was the son of the late Robert 'Bob'? and Betty Hatley James. Mr. James was a former co-owner of J & J Plumbing. Survivors include: two daughters, Hanna James, Kelli and husband Josh Blevins; one granddaughter, Peyton; two brothers, Geoff, Mickey and his wife Patsy; one sister Janeen and her husband Jamie Campbell; several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, P O Box 78960, Phoenix, Az. 85062. A graveside service for Douglas Lee James will be conducted At 1:30 PM Monday, October 19, 2009 in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Rev. Lon Tobin will officiate. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Morris-Baker from 11 AM to 1 PM Monday and then proceed to the cemetery in procession.
