Evelyn Annette Burch

Evelyn Annette Burch, 77, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at Dominion Senior Living.
Evelyn was born in Baltimore, MD to Frank Monroe Blackwelder and Frances Myrtle Bostic.
Evelyn lived most of her early life in Charlotte, NC before moving to Florida. She was an office manager for Dr. Hanano in Orlando for many years. In 2006, Evelyn relocated to Johnson City. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who always doted on her grandkids.
Evelyn was preceded in death by: her parents, Myrtle and Otis Caldwell; husband, Steve Burch; and one sister, Mary Etta Johnson.
Survivors include: two children, Renee Noe and her husband Chris, of Johnson City, and Eric Burch, of Casselberry, FL; two grandchildren, Ashley and Amanda Noe; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family of Evelyn Burch will receive friends from 6 PM until 7 PM Monday, October 14, 2019, at Morris-Baker. A memorial service will follow at 7 PM with Rev. Patty Muse officiating.
