Frances Lee Richardson, 69, 2100 E Watauga Ave., died Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Richardson was a native of Butler, TN and had lived most of her life in Johnson City. She was a daughter of the late Eugene and Annie Campbell Arnold and was also preceded in death by her first husband,Albert Cable,her second mother, Winnie Arnold, one sister, Sylvia Miller and five brothers, Dallas, James, and Bobby Eugene Arnold and Fred and Bill McFall. Mrs. Richardson retired from Appalachian Christian Village. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and attended Faith Community Church. Survivors include her husband, Paul J. Richardson; four daughters, Sandra Crain and her husband, Gary, Johnson City, Pam Crain and her husband, Chester, Saltville, VA, Debbie Davis and her husband, Charlie, Gray and Christy Buck and her husband, Daniel, Johnson City; one son, Mark Cable and Abby, Johnson City; grandchildren, Eric and Danielle Crain, Joey and Whitney Coleman, Christine Davis, Michael and Jordan Austin, Brittany Buck, Destiny, Brittany, Zachary and Jocelyn Cable; one great grandchild, Gage Coleman; three sisters, Pearl Atwood, Butler, Kate Eldreth, Mountain City and Vella Ward and her husband, John, Johnson City; three brothers, Jerry and Ronnie McFall both of Johnson City and Roy Wagner and wife, Butler, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Mrs. Richardson will be conducted at 2:30 PM Wednesday, May 21, 2008 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. Pastor Lester Guinn will officiate. Burial and graveside services will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be Mark Cable, Gary Crain, Jeff Sweeney, Daniel Buck, Charlie Davis and Chester Crain. Carl Miller, Randy Miller and Wayne Blevins are honorary pallbearers. (
