Francis F. Frank Jordan

Francis 'Frank' F. Jordan, 79, died Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Jordan was born in Grayville, IL and had lived and worked in Michigan before retiring to Gray sixteen years ago. He was a son of the late William and Iva McGuire Jordan and was also preceded in death by his daughter, Anita Kay Jordan; two brothers, Raymond and Claude Jordan. He was a United States Army veteran having served in the Philippines during WWII. Mr. Jordan was a very active and faithful member of Tacoma Church of God where he served as a deacon and on the board of administration. He was a member of the New Baltimore, Michigan, VFW Post #7573, also Chimney Top Collectors Club. Survived by his wife, Hazel Norman Jordan, whom he married June 18, 1947; one son, Fred Jordan and his wife, Debbie, Yale, MI; one daughter, Lynn and her husband Dr. Charles Witkowski, Johnson City; three brothers, Charles Jordan, Grayville, IL, Robert Jordan, Casper, WY and Jerry Jordan, Tell City, IN; one sister, Wilma Graddy, Grayville, IL; eight grandchildren, Stacy Huddock, William Jordan, Jeffrey Jordan, Charles Witkowski II, Fred Jordan, Jr., Andrea Westbrook, Ashley Witkowski and Christopher Witkowski; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
