Ina P. Blevins

Ina P. Roark Blevins, 47, 2622 Park Ave., died Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Ms. Blevins was a lifelong resident of Johnson City. She was a daughter of the late William O. Roark, Jr. and Shelby J. Green Roark. Ms. Blevins was an employee of STL Appalachian Distribution. She attended Cherokee Free Will Baptist Church. Ms. Blevins was survived by her fianc?e, Mark L Dawson; two sons, Michael Lyne Blevins and his fianc?e, Jennifer, Kingsport and Shoun Lee Blevins, Johnson City; two brothers, William O. 'Tommy' Roark III, Johnson City and Terry Wayne Roark, Piney Flats; one sister, Gwendolyn J. Greer, Piney Flats; two granddaughters, Alyssa N. Ford and Alexis M. Ford; special nieces, April Davies and Kayla Miller and several aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Ms. Blevins will be conducted at 10 AM Saturday, January 6, 2007 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home and at other times at the home of her brother, Tommy, 2313 Wheeler Street, Johnson City. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to St Jude?s Children Hospital, P.O. Box 318, Memphis, TN 38101 or the American Cancer Society, 508 Princeton Road, Johnson City, TN 37601.
