Jessie B. Lindsey

Jessie B. Lindsey, 70, 1301 E. Oakland Ave., died Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at North Side Hospital. Mr. Lindsey was a native of LaFayette, AL and had lived in Johnson City for the past 30 years. He was a son of the late Tommy and Pauline Belcher Lindsey and was also preceded in death by one brother, Harold Lindsey and one sister, Betty Richardson. Mr. Lindsey was retired from the Johnson City Medical Center. Survivors include two daughters, Jessica Lindsey, Johnson City and Kellie Lindsey, Birmingham, AL; one son, R. Cooper Lindsey, Birmingham, AL; one brother, Ned Lindsey, Sylacauga, Al and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at Morris-Baker Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Johnson City, TN 37601. Funeral and graveside services will be held Friday, Dec. 1, 2006 in LaFayette, AL under the direction of Jeff Jones Funeral Home, Lafayette, AL (334-864-9521).
