Joe Belcher

Joe Belcher, 72, Johnson City, passed away Monday, May 13, 2019, at Princeton Transitional Care.
Joe was born in 1947 and raised in Clinton, TN. He spent most of his life in customer relations and sales. In 2004, he returned to his East Tennessee roots to open Express Employment Professionals with his wife, Terecia.
Joe was preceded in death by: his sister, Gayle; and brother, Bob.
Survivors include: his wife, Terecia; brothers-in-law, Robert and James McGuire; sister-in-law, Sandi Belcher; aunt, Betty Tripp; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at First Christian Church, 200 E. Mountcastle Dr., Johnson City, with Pastor Donald Mushayamunda officiating. A short fellowship will follow the service.
