Joyce K. Neal

Joyce K. Neal, age 61, passed away Friday, July 27, 2007 at NHC Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Mildred and Ralph Kimball of Durham, NC. Joyce is survived by her son, Michael K. Neal and his wife, Kim of Erwin and a daughter, Christy N. Bridwell and her husband, Anthony of Gray. She is also survived by grandchildren Logan, Taylor and Nicolas Bridwell and a special 'sister'? Janelle Ogle, and aunt, Helen Vargo of Colorado and her cousin, Alice Boucher of New Hampshire. Joyces extended family consists of stepsons, Carl Neal Jr., Columbia, Missouri, Billy Neal and his wife, Debbie, Johnson City and Richard Neal, Castilian Springs along with her former husband, Carl Neal, Sr, Castilian Springs. Joyce had many 'special friends'? in the Medical Profession including Linda Hatcher, Carol Hofer, Evelyn Davis, Gene Wallace, Tim Gross, Tammy Davis and Lisa Hicks. She was educated in Durham, NC attended Duke University and graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in nursing. Joyce was employed by Quillen Rehabilitation Hospital in Johnson City. A memorial service for Joyce will be held at 8 PM Tuesday, July 31, 2007 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. The family will receive friends from 7-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home and at other times at the residence of her daughter, Christy, 149 Dutch Street, Gray, TN.
