Judy Carolyn Krebs

Judy Carolyn Krebs, 66, went to be with the Lord on March 24, 2010 at her residence. She was born in South Charleston, West Virginia and was a 30 year Navy wife, traveling around the country and abroad. Settling in Johnson City in 1998. Judy was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Lillian Kinder Wright of South Charleston, West Virginia. She was the youngest and last living of ten siblings. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Valorie Anne Krebs while David was stationed at U. S. Marine Corps Base, Parris Island, SC. She is survived by her loving and faithful husband, David of over 41 years; a daughter and son-in-law, Katherine Lynn and Glenn Eric Ransom of Butler, TN; six grandchildren, Rebekah and Sarah, students at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA; Rachel, Daniel, Leah and Joshua all of Butler. She was a Navy Ombudsman, a faithful Navy wife and homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Johnson City and the Bridge Builders Sunday School Class, the United Emmaus Community and the Red Hat Society. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 26, 2010 and 6 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home. A private committal service will be conducted on Monday, at the Mountain Home National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
