Justine Darr Batten

Justine DeCorse Darr Batten, 89, of Johnson City died Saturday, July 20, 2019 at NHC of Johnson City. She was a native of Memphis, daughter of the late Justin M. and Hazel Cameron DeCorse.
Justine was a commercial artist, working for a time at Goldsmith’s, a large department store in Memphis.
In addition to her parents, two husbands, Patt Marks Darr and Henry Batten, also preceded her in death. Two of her sons, Justin M. Darr and Patt Darr, Jr., preceded her in death as well.
Survivors include: her son, Kendall Darr; two daughters, Carol Darr May and M’liss Darr Mather; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two stepchildren, Rod Batten and Sue Ayers and also her loving dog, Fluffy.
Justine is to be cremated and there are no services currently scheduled.
