Mary Paulie Sell Graybeal

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 Mary Pauline Sell Graybeal, 92, of 2424 Knob Creek, Johnson City, died Saturday, May 12, 2007 at the Northside Hospital. She was a native of Virginia, daughter of the late B.F. and Amanda Counts Gobble. Mary was a registered nurse for Appalachian Memorial Hospital and had since, done private duty nursing. She was a member of the Knob Creek Church of the Brethern. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Marion Paul Sell, Sr. and her second husband, Beecher Graybeal. Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Marion ' Johnny'? Sell and his wife Janice of Johnson City, Franklin Sell and his wife Phyllis of Jonesborough; a brother and sister-in-law, Hobert and Shirley Gobble of Connecticut; a sister, Violet Henderson of Johnson City; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris-Baker Funeral Home under the direction of Rev. Allen Campbell. The family will receive friend from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at eight. A committal service will be conducted on Wednesday, May 16, 2007 in the Monte Vista Memorial Park at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home to go in procession at 9:40 a.m. Active pallbearers will be: Jim Brant, Michael, J.T., David, Adam Sell, William Stettner and Cody Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be: Dan Sell and Wilbur Henderson. For those who wish, memorials may be made in the form of contributions to: the Knob Creek Church of the Brethren, _____________, Johnson City, TN 37601.
