Mr. Rogers often quoted his favorite Bible verse, Romans 1:16a, which states, 'For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes.'? His highest priority during his adulthood was sharing his faith with everyone with whom he spoke. He was a loving, giving man and will be remembered for his sweet spirit.
