Myrtle E. Church

Mrs. Myrtle E. Church, 86, died Friday, November 04, 2011 at Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Johnson City, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Clara Bryant Wilson. Myrtle attended Beach Cliff Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Odas C. Church; three sisters, Ruth Hawks, Lucille McFadden, and Sarah Woodards; and one brother Billy Bryant. She is survived by her son Odas Coy Church Jr. of Johnson City; brother Charles Junior Bryant of Winston Salem, NC; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Sunday, November 6, 2011 2:00pm at Morris Baker Funeral Home with burial immediately following at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Arrangements are entrusted to Morris Baker Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2001 Oakland Ave., Johnson City, 37601.
