Nancy Elizabeth Sanders

Nancy Elizabeth Sanders, 65, 116 Valley Drive, Jonesborough, died Friday, July 25, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Nancy was a native of Washington County and was a daughter of the late Fillmore D. and Mary Alice Hay Sanders. She was a Baptist. Survivors include one daughter, Loretta Cloyd and her fiancée, Jason Davenport both of Elizabethton; one son, Ricky Barnett and his wife, Sherry, Jonesborough; four sisters, Rebecca Ephraim, Jonesborough, Sarah Isenberg and her husband, Ralph, Johnson City, Rachel Hobson and her husband, Charles, Johnson City and Martha Odell and her husband, Gary, Limestone; one brother, Paul Sanders and his wife, Shelia, Jonesborough; three grandsons, Matthew Cloyd, Brett and Joshua Barnett and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service for Nancy E. Sanders will be held at 2 pm Sunday, July 27, 2008 at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Pastor Scott Thompson will officiate. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends at any time at her residence, 116 Valley Drive, Jonesborough.
