Nannie Pearl Patrick

October 22, 1911 — May 8, 2007

Nannie Myers Patrick, 95, of 167 Gray Station Road, Gray, died Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at her residence. She was a native of Kingsport, daughter of the late Charlie Myers and Mary Taylor Myers Dennison. Nannie was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of the Nolichucky Grandview Chapter #194 of the Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Patrick, two sons, Howard and J.C. Patrick, a daughter, Edith Jobe and a great grandson, David Reed; five brothers and six sisters. Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Arliss and Clinton Isenberg of Gray and Mary and Don Crowe of Johnson City; a son-in-law, Bobby Jobe and daughter-in-law, Louise Patick; two sisters, Jewell Mayes of Johnson City and Roe Wilhelm of Kingsport; five grandchildren, Brenda McInturff, Kathy Reed, Mike Crowe, Cindy Sizemore and Christy Larkey; eight great grandchildren, Chris Reed, Stacy and Holly Vaughan, Brandon and Jordan Sizemore, Caroline and Catherine Crowe and Logan Larkey; five great great grandchildren, Mary, Clinton and Jordan Reed, Noah and Elaina Vaughan; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, May 10, 2007 in the Mauseoleum Chapel of the Tri Cities Memory Garden at 2:30 p.m. under the direction of Rev. William Dingus. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. then go in procession to the cemetery. Active pallbearers will be: Mike Crowe, Chris Reed, Brandon and Jordan Sizemore, Bobby Jobe, Clinton Isenberg and Don Crowe. Honorary pallbearers will be: Rick Reed, Ed McInturff and Milton Wood. The family would like to thank special caregivers, Kathy Reed, Evelyn Powers, Betty Bacon and Jennie Johnson. Memorials may be made in the form of contributions to: the Medical Center Hospice, 101 Med Tech Parkway-Suite 101, Johnson City, TN 37604 or the Gray United Methodist Church, 2101 Oak Street, Gray, TN 37615.
