Parlee Richardson

Parlee Richardson, 94, 119 Barnes Lane, Johnson City, died Wednesday, October 3, 2007 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Richardson was a native of Greene County who had lived most of her life in Johnson City. She was the daughter of the late John W. and Anna Mae Ruble Richardson. She worked for Burlington Mills for 38 years. Survivors include: three grandchildren, Nancy Thompson, of Johnson City, Sherry Greer, of Gray and Patricia Barnes, of Johnson City; seven great grandchildren, Heather, Jordan, Brandon, Patience, Zeb, Keshia and Cody. The graveside service for Parlee Richardson will be conducted at 11 AM Saturday, October 6, 2007 in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Rev. Virgil Bennett will officiate. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends in the funeral chapel from 9:45 to 10:45 AM Saturday prior to the service.
