Phyllis G. Campbell, 60, 503 Earl Street, died Saturday, June 17, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Campbell was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County. She was a daughter of the late Thomas and Ellen Poore Hilton and was preceded in death by three brothers, Jim Bill Hilton, Jackie Hilton and Bobby Hilton. Mrs. Campbell is survived by four sons, David Mullins and his wife Melinda, Colonial Heights, Robert Mullins and his wife Tammy, Lewisburg. WVA; William Mullins, Johnson City and Steve Mullins, Jonesborough; one daughter, Sherry Glover and her husband, James, Bluff City; three sisters, Sharon Campbell, Johnson City; Jo Francis and her husband Bobby, Johnson City and Janet Rodifer and her husband Walt, Jonesborough; four brothers, Kenneth Hilton and his wife, June, Elizabethton, Richard Hilton and his wife Nancy, Johnson City, Tommy Hilton, Johnson City and Dale Hilton and his wife, Ginger, Johnson City; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Mrs. Campbell will be held at 8 PM Monday, June 19, 2006 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. Reverend Tim Carver will officiate. Graveside services under the direction of Reverend Rusty Wishon will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at Washington County Memory Gardens. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:30 AM and travel in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Leblanc, Maverick Francis, Scotty Holtsclaw, Mickey Hartsook, Paul Smithpeters and Randy Edwards. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home and Sunday, June 18, 2006 at her residence from 4- 6 PM.
