Robert C. Brannock, 87, of Orlando, Florida (formerly of Bel Air, Maryland) passed away on April 26, 2007. He was born June 9, 1919 in Johnson City, son of Colombus and Eliza Keller Brannock. Robert was the beloved husband of the late Mildred A. Brannock. He was a veteran of WWII and Korea having served as a Lt. Colonel in the U. S. Army. Survivors include: a daughter, Nancy Sue Bates and her husband Jeff; grandchildren, Thomas, Robert, Andrew and Elizabeth; great grandchildren, Tatum, Hadley and Grady. He was a friend to all he met. A graveside service is scheduled for Monday, April 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Monte Vista Memorial Park under the direction of Rev. Bob Edmonds. Military honors will be provided by the Kingsport VFW #3382 and the Tennessee National Guard. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in 'Bob?s' name to: The American Cancer Society or your local ASPCA. Online condolences are available at www.morrisbaker.com.
