Robert Lynn Sparks

Robert ?Lynn' Sparks went to be with the Lord at the Johnson City Medical Center on Tuesday October 10, 2017. He was a resident of Washington County, TN. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved spending time with his wife on their weekend getaways. Lynn loved going to the shooting range with his sons and grandson. He loved reading musician and western books. He loved listening to music. He worked at AO Smith for forty-five years. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Netta Hylmon; father, Floyd Sparks and Hattie Sparks; son, Robert Sparks Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of forty-three years Mary Sparks of Washington County; son, Brian Sparks and wife Tasha of Jeffersonville, IN; son, Eric Sparks and wife Ashley of Washington County, TN; grandson Josh Carr of Jeffersonville, IN; three really special grand dogs; sister, Phyllis Smith and husband Marcus of Unicoi, TN; sister, Susan Arrowood and husband Larry of Washington County, TN; brother, Michael Hylmon Receiving of friends will be from 12pm-2pm at Morris Baker on Saturday October 14th, 2017, services will be held at 2pm with Pastor Dennis Wilson. The graveside service will be to follow the funeral service at Monte Vista Cemetery under the direction of Rev. David Hankal. Pallbearers will be; Bobby Tester, David Mackley, Charlie Mitchell, Jason Duncan, Joshua Carr, Josh King, Chris Rasnake, Heath Casper. Honorary Pallbearers are Marcus Smith and Matt Zeolia A special thank you to the nursing staff of the cardiac cath lab and 2600; as well as all physicians that cared for Lynn.
