Samuel ?Sammy' Colbertm 62, of Johnson City passed away Peacefully in his home on Thursday, July 5, 2018, following a lengthy illness. He was preceded by his loving parents James and Ethel Colbert. Sammy will be sadly missed by his friends at Dawn of Hope. A visitation for Sammy will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home.
