Andrew Robert Dlugos

Andrew R.'Andy' Dlugos, Sr., 74, of Johnson City, died Friday, October 21, 2005 in the Greystone Health Care Center. Mr. Dlugos was a native of Bridgeport, Connecticut and had lived in Johnson City for the past eleven years. He was a retired electrical engineer, working with Perk and Elmer Co. for more then ten years. He was a member of the Naval Reserve. Mr. Dlugos was also a member of the Central Baptist Church. Survivors include : his wife Katherine Blake Dlugos of the home; One son and daughter-in-law, Andrew 'Andy' and Laurie Dlugos of Johnson City; one daughter, Karen Lee Dlugos of Kingsport; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Dlugos, Christine Faith Dlugos, and Michael Timothy Dlugos. The graveside service for Andrew R. Dlugos will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday, October 26, 2005 in the Patton-Simmons Cemetery. A memorial service for Mr. Dlugos will be conducted at 2 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2005 in the Central Baptist Church. The family will visit with friends following the service in the church. Rev. Ron Murray will officiate at the services.
