Andrew Samuel Chase infant son of Andrew V. Chase and Kimberly C. Cifelli passed away Monday, January 29, 2007 at the Johnson City Medical Center. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother and one sister. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 AM Friday from the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Burial will follow the service. Family and friends are requested to meet at the funeral home by 11:15 AM Friday and proceed to the cemetery.
