Anna Ruth Mckinney

Anna Ruth McKinney, 81, of Johnson City passed away Saturday, September 29, 2012 at her residence. She was a native of Washington County and a daughter of the late W. Ray and W. Ruth Hunt Anderson. Also preceding her were her husband, Harlow McKinney, a grandson, Josh McKinney and a daughter in law, Shirley McKinney. Mrs. McKinney was a retired Supervisor at Levi Strauss. Survivors include; two sons, James 'Mike'? McKinney of Chuckey and Joel McKinney and his wife Sandra of Johnson City; four grandchildren, James McKinney of Chuckey, Dennis McKinney and his wife Denise, and Kelley McKinney all of Greenville, TN and Sarah McKinney of Johnson City; three great grandchildren, Emily, Reilly and Connor McKinney; one brother in law, Charles 'Bud'? McKinney and his wife Wathena of Richmond, KY. Graveside services will be conducted at Washington County Memory Gardens at 12:00 pm Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Rev. Richard Kelly will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 pm on Tuesday.
