Anna Virginia Spaller

Anna Spaller, 94, 2012 Sherwood Drive, Johnson City died Friday, April 20, 2007 in the Appalachian Christian Village.Miss Spaller was a native of Banner Elk, North Carolina and had lived in Johnson City since her childhood. She was a daughter of the late Frank and Cora Belle Ramsey Spaller. Miss Spaller was a retired bookkeeper with Press, Inc. with twenty-six years of service and was a member of the First Church of God in Johnson City.She is preceded in death by: her parents; and a brother, Steve Spaller. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Anna Spaller will be conducted at 2 PM Sunday, April 22, 2007 in the Morris-Baker North Chapel. Rev. J. Dan Bullion will officiate. Music will be by the Wings of Eagles. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park.Active pallbearers will be friends.Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the First Church of God. The family will receive friends in the funeral chapel from 1 to 2 PM Sunday prior to the service.The family wish to express their sincere appreciation to the Nursing Staff at Appalachian Christian Village and to Adventa Hospice , for all the loving care and concern shown to Miss Spaller.
