Anthony 'Tony' Vibert Hite, 54, 326 Jim Ford Road, Gray, died Sunday, September 2, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Hite was a native of Kingsport and had lived in Johnson City since 1993. He was a son of Nola Earl Hite, Alexandria, VA and Kathleen Gragg Hite Keel, Gray. Mr. Hite was employed by Modern Forge as a tool and die maker. He was a Presbyterian. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hite is survived by one brother, William Michael Hite, Gray; three half sisters, Mguyett Phan, Loan Clarke and Bridgett Lowis. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. Reverend Don Muncie will officiate. Entombment will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until service time, Tuesday, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Johnson City Children?s Hospital, 400 N State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, TN 37604.
