Barbara Combs Brown

Barbara Combs Brown, 56, Johnson City, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2008 at her home after a short but heroic battle with cancer. A Johnson City native, she was a daughter of the late Adrian & Elizabeth Combs. Barbara was of the Christian faith and attended Pine Crest Christian Church. She had been employed at Corporate Systems as a Computer Technician. Barbara is survived by two daughters, Stacie Orren, Jonesborough and Cristina Orren, Johnson City; a sister, Carole Powell, Johnson City; and a host of special family members and friends. A celebration of life for Barbara Combs Brown will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 7:00 PM at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Dr. Wayne Emery will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until service time.
