Barbara Katherine Bohannon

Barbara Katherine Bohannon, 66, of Johnson City, died Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Barbara was a native of Johnson City. She was a daughter of the late John and Betty Vest Hartsook. Barbara was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her son, Milton Hartsook; brother, Rodney Hartsook; grandmother, Kathleen Green; and nephews Adam and Christopher Rhymer. She is survived by: her loving husband of 24 years, Jerry Bohannon; three sisters, Karen Freeman, Deborah Hartsook, and Brenda Allen; brother, Tim Hartsook; four nephews, Brian Freeman, Keith Freeman, Ian Allen, and Nolan Allen; and two nieces, Jessica Freeman and Alisha Rhymer. An inurnment will be conducted at Mountain Home National Cemetery at a later date.
