Barry Jay Pollock, age 78 of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away peacefully at his home on May 16, 2026. He was born to the late Jay Franklin Pollock and Winifred Powley Pollock in Mount Union, Pennsylvania.
Barry was a proud veteran, serving in Vietnam. He was an avid hunter and golfer. When he lived in Lititz, Pennsylvania he attended the United Methodist Church.
He was preceded death by his parents, and daughter, Amy Pollock.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kristy Pollock; grandchildren, Braydon Peterson, Griffin Peterson, Kaylie Speece, Heidi Huth, Aiden Peet-Pollock, and Gavin Aubel, sisters, Jaylene Pollock Reiners, and Cyndee Pollock Holesa.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 1:00pm in Mountain Home National Cemetery. All attending are asked to meet there no later than 12:50pm.
