Betty Bowman

Betty Jane Bowman, 64, of Johnson City, died Friday, January 20, 2006, in Life Care Center of Elizabethton. She was a native and lifelong Johnson City resident. She was a daughter of the late Ollie and Della Lee Boyd Bowman. She was also preceded in death by one son, Norman; and by a brother, Paul Bowman. Survivors include, two brothers, Dallas Bowman, of Watauga, and Dennis Bowman, of Lebanon, VA; four sisters, Nadine Saults, of Johnson City, Loretta Haldeman, of Granite Falls, NC, Maxine Thompson, of Blountville, and Nancy Cross, of Bristol, TN; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
