Betty Jo Correll

Betty Jo Correll, age 76, of Gray, Tennessee passed away on March 14, 2026, at NHC Healthcare in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Betty Jo was born to the late James and Dora Bennett Sliger on April 11, 1950, in Telford, Tennessee. Betty Jo worked for Harris Flooring, TPI Corporation, North Electric, and was a self-employed housekeeper prior to her retirement.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Howard Correll, II, and sisters, Shirley Crowder and Sue Morton.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Chad Patrick Correll.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 2:00pm in Mountain Home National Cemetery. All attending are asked to meet at the cemetery no later than 1:50pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Washington County Animal Shelter.
