Betty White

February 9, 1939 — March 31, 2023

Betty Jean Loveless White, 84, Johnson City, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023, at Agape Nursing Home.


Betty was born in Elizabethton to the late David Eugene and Addie Marie Loveless.


Betty worked in real estate and for the Washington County Assessor’s Office for 40 years. Betty retired in 2013.


She was a member of East Pine Grove Park United Methodist Church for many years.


In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by: two husbands; one brother; and four sisters.


Survivors include: one son, Robert White; one daughter, Genae White-Tolley and her husband Dale; one granddaughter, Letecia Dawn “L.D.”; one sister; three brothers; and several nieces and nephews.


The family of Betty White will receive friends from 5 PM until 7 PM on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 7 PM.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
