Bill J. Pate

Bill J. Pate, 84, of Johnson City passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital. He was a native of Washington County and the son of the late Jessie Earl Pate and Anna Geneva Wright Pate. He was a retired Service manager in the automotive industry. He was a member of the Grandview Christian Church. Bill was a past master of the Johnson City Masonic Lodge # 486, member of the Shriners, Tri City Woodturner Club and the Carolina Mountain Woodturner Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: brothers, Donald Ray and Cecil Pate; and sister, Alice Geraldine Pate. Survivors include: wife, Wanda Pate of Johnson City, Tennessee.
