Billy Junior Hodges

Billy Junior Hodges, age 71, of Johnson City, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Hodges was born in Washington County, Tennessee, a son of the late Robert Lee Hodges and Della Ruby Hodges. He was a spotter with American Water Heaters and attended Liberty Fellowship. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Erma Sue Hodges; one son, Michael 'Jerome'? Hodges; three daughters, Cathy Hawkins, Sandy Marie Hodges, and Nicole Ann Hodges, all of Johnson City, TN; six grandchildren, Brandon Hodges, Erica Hawkins, Michael Hodges, Jr., Deveny Hodges, Joshua Hodges, and Bridgette McCurry; and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, February 2, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm in the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel with Rev. Dan Foster officiating. Graveside service will be held Thursday morning, February 3, 2011 at 11:00 am in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be family and friends. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home Thursday morning at 10:30 am. The family would like to say a special thanks to all the members of Liberty Fellowship and to all the staff of Medical Center Hospice.
