Brian Gregory Ricker

Brian Gregory Ricker, age 21, 140 Sunset Circle, Jonesborough, died Tuesday, June 28, 2005, in Johnson City. Mr. Ricker was a Clearwater, Florida native who had lived in the Johnson City area for nearly twenty years. He was a son of Greg and Diane Foster Ricker, of the home. He was a construction worker. He was of the Baptist faith. His great-grandfather, Rev. Guy Foster, and his grandfather, Stephen Foster, with whom he was very close, preceded him in death. In addition to his parents, survivors include: two brothers, Justin Blake and Brennan Taylor Ricker, both of the home; grandparents, Mary Lou and James Ricker, Johnson City, and Dottie Foster, Clearwater, FL; great-grandmother, Ila Foster, Johnson City; his fianc?e, Misty Blackburn, Yuma, Virginia; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service for Brian Ricker will be conducted 7:00 PM Saturday from the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Rev. Kevin Laws and Rev. Dan Foster will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday at Morris-Baker. Committal services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday in the Evergreen Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Honorary pallbearers will be: Blake Ricker, Brennan Ricker, Will Little, Andy Ditto, and Lynn Bachman. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for that service.
